Right in the epicenter of Orlando's Little Vietnam, Little Saigon is the place to go for delicious, authentic and well-priced Vietnamese food. They offer a wide selection of pho (noodle soup), rice noodle dishes, rice dishes and lots of tasty drinks. The summer and spring rolls are particularly good as are the noddle dishes. Be sure to ask for peanut sauce, it goes great with the noodles. The grilled beef goes good with anything, but the shrimp paste on sugar cane and "meatballs" that are reminiscent of spam are a little bit more adventurous. After the meal, if you have room, be sure to try the coffee (iced espresso and sweet condensed milk) or the bubble tea in tons of flavors (watermelon, pineapple, mango, red bean to name just a few).
