I went to Rodos for seven days and took a day trip to Turkey. It was beautiful and relaxing. It was nice to do nothing but swim, tan and eat yummy Greek food for 7 days after constantly moving around for 3 months.

Today we went to the beautiful town of Lindos. It is built on the foot of a hill with a fortress on top of that hill. The village is your typical travel-brochure classic depicture of a Greek village. I decided that I was going to do something huge for my 21st birthday and since the opportunity came up to go to Europe, I took it. Some people thought I was nuts for going by myself but I have no regrets as it was the greatest birthday/trip anyone could ask for!

Luxury vacation! we stayed at Hilton Rhodes Resort, rented a car and drove around the whole island! We saw the most beautiful places and met very nice locals. We made a boattrip to Lindos and went up to the Akropolis by a donkey!

Lindos was found in the 11th century before Christ. The ruin of the former acropolis can be visited.We took the bus to Lindos, it was about 1,5 hours drive from Faliraki. And a taff hike up to the old fortess. Not because of the high but we had a very nice and sunny day. And 35 degrees weren't real…

This was the most beautifull place(island) in Greece I've seen till now. It has all you need for all generations,old historical city with nice shops and restaurants,new city with nice streets,beautifull houses,great bars and everything else...and on the fist place sea is cristal clear...I loved it a lot!
