A well maintained 800 km tollway took me from Barendrecht, Holland  to Limoges in the middle of France. From there it was only 20 km west to Oradour-sur-Glane, where I rented a room at the local Hotel Glane. This was a simple family hotel on the main square with a fine restaurant. The village is constructed after the second world war next to the location of the original village. At this location it all happened on June 10th 1944 in the shadow of D-Day. A group of German soldiers arrived...

We decided to go have a look at an insect house while on our trip to France. We expected to see the creatures alive and moving around but we were a little disappointed to find them behind glass with a pin throught them. This aside they were still interesting to look at so i have dug them out and thought you might like to see them. If you don't like insects then don't look at the pictures. Yes i know a spider is not an insect!!!

Travelling around Europe for 2weeks (AMS-GER-FRANCE-BELGIUM). Exciting country for most of its medieval architecture, chateau and cultural sites which deserves protection for the benefit of all humanity. So, lets start to drive around and see some part of Europe.

I was hurry to join my travbuddies in Paris but I rented a hotel room in Beauvais to stay the whole day when I realized what can I see there....
