Teaching English for a year in beautiful Bundang. 1 others are going here
Mexico City, Mexicodream destination
I desperately want to visit this incredible country with all its history and beautiful geography. I hope one day to live there if only for a short time. 188 others want to go here
Tehran, Irandream destination
Everything I have read about this country and its people (minus the gov) seems wonderful. The people are intelligent, open-minded and progressive thinkers. The archaeology and history there certainly draws my interest. I wish it was more open. 63 others want to go here
Countries I've Traveled To
Languages Spoken
Some French and Spanish, badly. Native language English
Interests
Books you might find in my backpack
Music you might find me listening to while waiting for my plane
Most Memorable Travel Experience
So many to list. Cadaques, Spain. Dublin, Ireland. The Great Wall in Beijing, China; I sprained my ankle hiking the Janshangling and Simatai portions....totally worth it as it was the most exhilarating and scary experience of my life.
Delos, Greece, just south of Mykonos Island. It is an archaeological treasure and I spent hours just walking around, touching the ancient pieces and eyeing the beautiful mosaics that survived. Never forget the boat ride back either...I think I was the only one not puking.
Camping in the Wadi Rum at a Bedouin camp. The stars at night were the most brilliant, beautiful scene I have ever had the privilege of laying my eyes on.

Profile
I love meeting people with different perspectives, backgrounds, worldviews as it tends to force me to challenge my own. My freedom, my space, my books are important to me.
