Séjour en chine ou on a joué a PES

Legend says that a tiger leapt the gorge to escape the fire. I am going to check if indeed a tiger could leap from one side to the other of the gorge. Before I can see the gorge I have to hike to middle gorge in a lord of the rings style scenery. I set off together with Gabriel, John & Kate, Tim, Axel and Jody. Only Tim has his full backpack with him, weighing a colossal 20Kg. When we reach the infamous 28 bends that seemed more like 58 bends, Tim still carying his burden almost collaps…

I will be spending the next 2 months in China. 2-3 weeks will be spent traveling all over China, and 6 weeks will be spent in Hangzhou living with host families and attending Hangzhou High School.

2000km, 8 days on the road, 1st time in Tibet, and unforgettable experience... I wonder why I waited so long:-) Plan to go back to Tibet in Sept 2008.
