It has been over two years since Katrina and little has changed, the hope of the residents is slowly fading. The only thing getting higher in New Orleans is the cost of living and rent.
It is said that a picture tells a thousand words and I am hopeful that is true, I am out of words to describe this and must now rely on my photos. I hope they convey the story of what I saw and the effect that it had on the people of New Orleans. I hope the story that I am telling does justice to what has happened and is still happening. I am also hopeful that I relate the beauty in the people I have met and the power of their hope.
