We arrived at our Tibetan hotel, in the outskirts of Lhasa, where we were told to rest for the remainder of the day so that our bodies can acclimate to the 13,000 ft elevation. The thought of sitting inside a hotel room when I was in Tibet seemed absolutely… Altitude Sickness |

I must rave about the hotel that we stayed in Lhasa and would highly recommend that to anyone visiting Lhasa - the Brahamaputra Grand Hotel. It is not just a hotel but a museum hotel and guests are virtually staying inside a museum!! The entire hotel including the lobby, restaurants… Potala Palace |
