Leunig's

Leunig's is a charming French restaurant located on Church St. in Burlington! The setting is very romantic and cozy. Larger folks may feel a bit claustrophobic getting in the door and squeezing past the bar to the backroom.

Leunig's is already a favorite of ours after just 3 visits. We prefer early lunch (about 11 am) and early dinner (about 5pm) because noon and 7pm are very crowded with long lines, long waits, and crowded entrance!

The quality of the food is superb and the choices are very creative. We've had fresh soups, salads, steaks and pasta dishes there and all have been excellent. Lunch bill for 2 with drinks runs about $75 and dinner bill runs closer to $100. But for a romantic occasion, you can't beat the food or the service!
