Les 3B Vieux-Bourg Reviews
Best dessert of the year May 04, 2012
We had been out driving the morning and were looking for some lunch. We had some days earlier visited a place down the harbor in Vieux-Bourg that looked really great, but had not eaten there. It turned out that the place was named Les 3B and run by an ambitious young guy called Mr. Jean-Francois. The restaurant was located on the harbor only a few meters from the water and it had a great crowd already.
We quickly developed a good chemistry with Jean-Francois and ordered some food that turned out to be really nice. I ordered a cold Carib beer while he prepared my tuna salad. The Carib is a great thirst killer and the tuna salad was really nice even though I would have appreciated some fresh tuna in stead of the canned. The main attraction was the dessert that turned out to be a bomb of a feast for my taste buds. It was probably the best I had the whole year. It was a pleasant place to have a lunch and enjoy the quiet life in the harbor.
