Leipzig Vacation Guide

Leipzig is a city that has grown tremendously since its rough times during the WWII East German Nazi occupation. This city has the grand historic atmostphere of Dresden, but also the pure German feel of a small, untouched German village. When travelling to Leipzig, I was amazing by the artistic design on the walls of the buildings; it amazes me that, after what the city has been through, it can still push through that blanket of East German rule. Although Leipzig is still rebuilding, it has some of the most beautiful buildings I've ever seen, like the opera house, and even the coffee shops seem more magical than any other, and the cakes in the bakery shop windows looked like the best in the world...:)
