Le pain Quotidien - Brussels Feb 20, 2009
Le Pain Quotidien is a chain of shops which you can find all over Belgium and they are also in other countries like England and France. The focus area is bread, cakes, tartes and quick lunches.

Their spirit is made of three essential elements: excellent food, enthusiastic service, and friendly people. The communal table, symbol of their brand, represents an idea of mutual sharing, which we try to transmit to both our customers and staff.

The cafes are organic focused and their bread and cakes are delicious. In Brussels they have 10 stores so you find them almost everywhere where there is a lot of walking traffic. The last one I visited was at Le Grand Sablon and it was a good experience. I bought a large cake to bring home and had a good cup of coffee and a totally delicious cake in their shop.

The shops are usually cosy and they have managed to construct an authentic ancient feeling in their so you feel that you are stepping back in time. There are always an enormous amount of people in there and it only adds to the cosy atmosphere.
