Le Viet Philadelphia Reviews
Lovely Vietnamese restaurant Mar 20, 2011
Perfect for a weekend night-out with friends or family, Le Viet provides a variety of Vietnamese food in affordable price and modern, relaxed atmosphere.
What distinguishes Le Viet from many other Vietnamese restaurants in Chinatown, Philadelphia is their modern interior (it can almost be mistaken for a bar if you ask me) and the more Eastern-like feeling it gives out. The friendly staffs speak perfect English, so you won't have to worry about not able to understand the menu - they will gladly answer any questions you have about it.
Le Viet's menu provides a broad range of choices for you. It doesn't matter if you are a huge fan of pho and adore Vietnamese spring rolls or you never try Vietnamese food before - there will be something for you at Le Viet. They have a variety of Vietnamese noodle soup (including the famous pho - beef noodle soup, hu tieu - Chinese-style pork noodle soup), vermicelli (with grilled pork, ham, spring rolls, etc) and traditional dishes that go with white rice. If you are a Vietnamese craving for a traditional home-cooked meal, this is absolutely the place for you!
The price, though slightly higher than a typical Vietnamese restaurant, is still affordable and acceptable for a delicious, authentic meal.
