Named after a long dead newspaper edited and published in that quarter, this small restaurant is NOT a tourist place. You will find in this restaurant mostly middle aged / aged french people looking for the good old taste of the french tradition.

You can find here simple but quality food from Central France (Auvergne) and you'll have access to one of the most incredible wine list of all time if you like Burgundy wine. The owner is a wine expert, and does go to the producers themselves to select the very best this wine area can offer.

It's a very typical french bistro, and everything is "out of time", with the feeling its linked with the purest of french tradition. If you like adventure and wish to try cheese, tripes, snails... and breath some air of french terroir, this is the place for you.

If you feel a little afraid , my advise is to go there and order a bottle of wine with their cheese selection.

A word of warning:
This place is only open at lunch time except on thursday and is always fully booked. So if you want to eat there, you need either to make a reservation or to come earlier than the usual customers...
