 Lounge Experience in New Orleans Jul 13, 2008
Le Phare is a relatively new location on the New Orleans night scene. It's a lounge environment and non-smoking. Their alcohol selection is fairly extensive. A good spot to come to earlier in the evening around 11-1, the crowd usually thins out about 2am. Also good spot to come to earlier so you can grab a table or section to relax on with all of your friends. The crowd is a bit trendy and younger, college age and younger professionals. The music selection varies with the night, different themes for different evenings. Not a place to 'dance,' but a great place to enjoy cocktails and friends. Definitely a plus to leave a place and not come out reeking of cigarette smoke.
