Le Petite Charlotte Le Touquet Reviews
Le Petite Charlotte May 21, 2009
In the middle of the picturesque little village of Le Touquet-Paris-Plage near the waterfront I had the fortune of visiting the little restaurant Le Petite Charlotte.
From outside it fits the image of this beautiful village; with sea blue maritime front and marine relate items in the windows. When you enter you are not disappointed; the maritime look continues. Everything is kept in blue and dark wood; like on an ancient sailboat.
The food is mainly seafood oriented but you can get meat as well. For a starter I chose oysters; they were much better than average and with a small vinaigrette sauce; which suited perfectly. As a main course I took the grilled sole with potato pure, which was equally good and as a desert I had the cafe gourmand which consisted of a coffee with a small taste selection of their crème brullé, meringue and chocolate cake. Everything had been great, and so had the vine.
The whole experience had been great.
