ADORABLE Oct 06, 2009
great views of the matterhorn from the room and from the rooftop deck. location is ok; maybe a 10 minute walk from the train station (4-5 minutes by electric taxi). room was very quaint; tapestry on the wall, carved wooden furniture, cute wooden beds. felt very authentic-swiss-chalet. the owner was great. very helpful and enthusiastic! breakfast was great; had lots of food options to choose from. dining room was cute.
overall, i would stay here again, and i would recommend it to anyone staying in zermatt! (and i would recommend that everyone make a trip to zermatt at least once! lovely place!) |
