Le Pavillion Vert

I've stayed at Le Pavillion Vert several times now and absolutely love it. It's like an oasis of tranquility in busy, noisy Ouaga. It's a bit out of the centre, but close to the bus station for Dori.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the garden is beautiful. You can eat and drink there too. The food was good (except for the fish, which seemed undercooked), even though they somehow brought us something slightly different from what we ordered 2 times out of 3.

If you have your own laptop, you can surf the net for free.

The rooms are fairly cheap and have mosquito nets. You have a choice between ventilated and a/c rooms, and shared bathroom or your own. We always stayed in the cheapest rooms, which were fine.

The hotel can also organise tours around the country and to the neighbouring countries.
