Le National

Last weekend I went to see José Gonzalez (courtesy of my loving bf, thanks!) at Le National in downtown Montréal. The venue was really cozy and kinda battered down, like an old 1920s joint that needed some fixer uppin'. Regardless, it added extra oumf and gave it serious character. Le National is great for checking out Montréal ever growing Indie music scene, and you can see all these great Montrealers preform, on a budget! The tickets usually cost under 30$, which is peanuts for some of you visiting from Europe! So I greatly recommend a night out at Le National if you are in to music in a quaint ambiance.
