Best restaurant in Hama Apr 06, 2007
Although the Le Jardin restaurant is part of the state-owned Cham Hotel, the quality is surprisingly good.
The menu consists of great Lebanese mezze and kebabs, though there is also international fare available. Better than the food though is the gorgeous setting on the bank of the Orontes river, opposite the An-Nuri mosque and Al-Jabariyya Noria is un-equalled anywhere else in the country. The restaurant serves alcohol as well as great after-dinner sheesha. Credit cards are accepted. Part of the Middle East 2007 travel blog
