If you are walking the streets of Brussels and you get a sudden urge for Tapas at an affordable price, you could visit LE BAR A TAPAS that is located in the city centre near Anspachlaan.
In general this is a very popular place, especially for the student segment of the restaurant visitors. The service is always friendly and smiling and they can handle different languages; here amongst English, btw the menu is also available in English. They have the normal assortment of tapas and most of them are really good. The prizes are in general affordable and you can get both hot and cold tapas. They have a wine list, and the red house wine is drinkable after a couple of glasses but if you are in to better wine tasting chose something else.
