Funky, fresh and fun! Jul 29, 2009
Lazy Lagoon has 6 little cottages to stay in. They all have kitchen facilities (well a gas stove, fridge and basin), but note there's not actually an oven. The rooms are comfortable enough, but they don't have any mozzie nets and that's a bit of a problem as there's plenty around. You can buy coils to burn, which helps a bit. The bar and restaurant are lively and the food was good (I had a homemade burger and fries, which was lovely for EC$28).
On my own, the room cost EC$100 (US$40), which is about as cheap as you'll find in St Georges. Part of the Adventures of an Essex boy: 'No entiendo' - the South America debacle travel blog |
