Latvian Puppet Theater is Theater that not only can children visit but there is also shows for adults!
I've been there several time when i was kid,as i remembered i loved those Puppet shows.I didn't know that in there was also even a museum,so i decided to visited.I must say it was interesting from early 20th century till 21th century Puppet classics. There was also many interesting attractions and games for kids as well.
Little Theater History:Puppet Theater dates back to the 1942nd year in which the war just started.1944th On the fourth October is founded Latvian State Puppet Theater, the first leaders of the poet and writer Ugales
and translator John Žīgurs. Shortly after the founding of the theater available to the former cinema "Radio Modern" space on K. Baron Street.Already in the first years of entering high-class theater artists-director Arnold Burov and sculptor Albert (those two people was very famous artists in Latvia.)
And years to come Theater improved...!
Locations is very good as well, from "Origo" clock or Central station have to pass "Circus" and after that there is park and on left side going straight.
