I can tell you that Argentina has the best beef I have had so far among the places that I have traveled. In Argentina everything happens quite late, so we didn't end up going to dinner until 10pm but it was so good, that we ate until 2am. They had a complimentary apitizer which was comprised of Salmon, Olives, Cheese and some other tid bits. They also served fresh bread and butter. Both these things were immediately refilled every time we finished one of them. I'm telling you this restaurant is like something I've never experienced before. I have never had better service in my life, never tasted better food and never paid a small amount of money for something that in the US or UK or Canada would usually cost near to 100 dollars. We drank and drank and drank and ate and ate and ate and only paid $25 US each at the end of the night. Another plus side is that it's on the river, so it has a great view!
