Ok, it's best to bring your own food because the restaurant is pretty lousy and overpriced, but other than that, this was a really cool experience. You take a chicken bus to Zunil, which is really cheap (about Q5), and then hop into the back of a pick-up for the mind-blowing ride up to the top. I think we might have gotten over-charged, but the two of us paid Q80 for a return-trip ride. Whatever, it was awesome. The springs are really cool (not temperature-wise, though!), and it's neat to float around in natural volcanic hot springs in a secluded mountain nook. There were a lot of hippy-type people, though, giving each other very serious water massages and playing strange-looking instruments and stuff. Didn't really bother us, and I don't know if it's usually like that, but might not be some people's cup of tea...
