This covers the wyoming portion of my cross the USA trip. It was windy and deadly, and I only stoped when I-80 was closed due to wind.

Left Indiana on July 10, drove all night through the flyover states of Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska, arriving at Vedawoo in late afternoon to enjoy scrambling on the rocks and a small dinner.Burned some hotel points at the Hampton Inn in Laramie.  Off to Kalispell, MT in the morning.

Feeling much better, i hit the road pretty early, and drove, and drove.  I started getting tired around Laramie, Wyoming.  I was only 4 hours away from my sisters in Denver, and instead of getting a hotel room, i thought i could sleep in my car for a few hours.  Well, it is pretty co…
