As inexpensive as it gets in Zurich Nov 14, 2013
This is among the most inexpensive options in Zurich and pretty centrally located too - though people tend to have mixed opinions about Langstrasse on which it is located. Some find it lively and bohemian, some get put off by the drug pedlars and prostitutes that one might encounter on the street. But if you're in Zurich to spend a couple of days or so, and are looking at a budget place, this is certainly an option, and pretty close to the train station and the centre too.

The accommodation is as you would expect - basic and shared, but clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast included in the price and free luggage storage should you need it. The bar-cum-restaurant downstairs is a happening place - with live music and bands several days a week, and a welcoming atmosphere. And there are plenty of grocery stores, bars and restaurants on the street outside should you decide to step out instead. Overall, a cosy little place in the centre of Zurich's shopping and nightlife areas, that by Zurich prices must also be amongst the least expensive.
