Food was amazing must try BBQ shrimp appetizer Mar 30, 2013
This restaurant is right in the middle of things in the French quarter great service, food was brought in a timely manner and every staff member was involved. BBQ shrimp appetizer was different from what I thought. I thought BBQ meaning red sauce very sweet this was a mustard colored sauce that had some kick not spicy but amazing flavor. I had the shrimp scampi that I got to change the grits to fettuccini and my boyfriend had theseagood platter minus the oysters ( we don't eat them) so fried catfish and shrimp platter which came with plenty of both and shoestring onions and French fries. All was fulfilling. Staff was on the ball never letting a drink go below half full variety of options to choose from on the menu even for a picky eater!

If you like oysters this is the place. Watch the the workers open up the oysters and chow them down. You can get them raw or fried. Brings your friends and get a plate of raw oysters. Located in the near the Mississippi River.

Seafood house says it. Jul 03, 2008
We had dinner here one night. The place was packed. We were promptly seated anyways. Our waitress was very friendly even though she must have had one hell of a night.

Now here comes our mistake. Ordering a burger at a seafood place. But had had too much seafood in the prior days so we went for it. The burgers were alright. Hubby claimed that his was overdone. Mine was just fine. The fries were a dream. But I am skipping the delicious starters we had. I ordered Mozzarella & Tomatoes and hubby had the fresh oysters. Both very good. I had a glass of Gew├╝rztraminer White wine which was divine. I thought it was a great place to eat at but we should have went for the seafood.
