Danger on the Beach Apr 19, 2009
The management at this hotel could care less about their guests. Our car was vandalized in the hotel owned parking garage. Come to find out, five other cars were broken into earlier in the week. When we went to the general manager to see if they had insurance to cover any damages he told us "we can't do anything." When we asked why the guests weren't notified about the other break ins, he said "we can't do anything." They basically just wanted us to go away.
As far as the hotel itself.....the rooms were in desperate need for an upgrade. The carpets were worn, the door knobs were falling apart, the pools were dirty and gave each of my kids a rash. There are hundreds of hotels in this area. Find a better, safer place to enjoy your vacation. |

Enjoyed Several Stays Here Jul 22, 2008
We have stayed at this Hotel 5 times over the last 3 years and if you get the good rooms, not court yard view, it is very nice and we enjoyed it. The elevators are SLOW, but but I never had issue to call the front desk. Room was clean. Pools are g...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Service was non existing from the Front Desk to the restuarant and this is definitely not a family resort even though the website portrays that. We moved our 1st room (448) b/c from 2a-5a the traffic from the garage was awful...Keep in the back o...read entire review at TravelPost.com

Bed Bugs!!!!!! Itched all night!! We thought the sheets weren't even changed after the previous guests because they were full of hair & put on the bed inside out.
