Good location but poor services May 14, 2008
The hotel is very ideal if you want to travel in Werdenberg or Buchs area. There is also a nice restaurant where you can eat. The services, however, is very poor. I have been staying in the hotel for 15 days and will be staying for a month. The internet connection cannot be used for 3 days already. When I informed the staffs, most of them were not service minded at all and they don't care when the problem can be fixed. They said "sorry we are busy" all the times for the past three days when I checked it out. It seems to me that the hotel just exploits the benefits of location and focuses more on the quick cash e.g. restaurant rather than maintains customers in the long run.
