Landal Port Greve Brouwershaven Reviews
Landal Port Greve Mar 23, 2014
As always in march we have an in law get away. This time we went to Zeeland. A small village called Brouwershaven. We stayed at Bungalow park Port Greve. Which is part of the Landal groups.
The bungalow park has 575 bungalows some of which are private property.
We stayed in a bungalow which could fit up to 8 people and a baby. The bungalow has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms were situated downstairs as well as the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and a sink. There is also a sauna. To bad that one didn’t work.
On the first floor the living room, kitchen and dining area is situated. The kitchen had a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. And al the kitchens plies you need. There is a fake fire place, tv and more then enough seating. There is also another toilet.
The second floor has another bedroom. We stayed in that bedroom. The room has a double bed and also it’s own sink and shower. This was one thing we didn’t really like as it was next to the staircase and anyone downstairs could see you taking a shower upstairs… We made it work by putting up a blanket but it was not ideal.
What we did like was the fact that we had a balcony and a lovely view. From the balcony we could see the park. On the other side we could see the small harbor.
The bungalow park has a lot of facilities. Indoors and outdoors. Indoors you find a pool and game area with a pool billiard, air hockey and also some game machines. There is also a restaurant where you can use a buffet or an a la carte diner. You can also order fries or pizza. There is also a supermarket and you can even order online!
Outside there is a minigolf course and a tennis course. There are several playgrounds for the kids and there is an entertainment program.
The park is close to Neeltje Jans a delta park. The beach is always nearby when on an Island. The beaches of Zeeland are not as busy as on the coast of North and South Holland so definitely worth visiting. Zierikzee, a small town with some historical features is also worth visiting and only a small 20 minutes from the park.
Opposite the bungalowpark is a small harbor, so if you like being on the water this is your spot.
Would I recommend this place?
Yes, if you are with a larger group or have some children I would definitely recommend this place. If you are looking for something romantic or something with more charme I would go somewhere else.
