Again it was a sunny day when we left for Heidelberg on Friday. First I picked up Ket at the railwaystation in my hometown Zutphen. From there we drove to Zieuwent where Jos lives. He knew the exact shortcut from his house to the German Autobahn. Up to Düsseldorf to pick up Lauro. We know he likes sleeping a lot so for sure he didn't mind that we had some delay due to Ket's train not running on time and a lot of constructionwork on the road. Finaly we arrived in Düsseldorf around 1.30 pm. L...

I woke up while I heard Pablo walking to the bathroom. When he came back he packed his stuff and said goodbye to me. He had to catch the bus. I really didn't know. Sorry Pablo, If I had known that, I would have been up to.I had my breakfast and was packing my stuff. Outside the hostel I saw Koosje and Wouter having there breakfast. At 10am we 3 went to the Sudphanne to meet Alex and the gang, but nobody there. Koosje and Wouter went for some siteseeing and I sorted my pictures in front of the...

I never thought that I would go back to Heidelberg again. The nice memories I had appears in my head. And there I saw her again...My ex-girlfriend Joyce... Yes, i've been to Heidelberg before in 2005 and we were happily in love. I remember some spots where we took pictures together and I wish that I could turn back time. I remember her cute face with her soft cheeks, her eyes staring at me saying: I love you, Ket. And then the imagination disappeared with a tear...

It's end of May already as you all know but I still haven't finished blogging my trips from October of last year and here I am again, leaving soon this place that has been my home for a very long time.... 7 months to be exact, and that is like 65 million years for normal people like you mister! I have been working as an au pair since November but I was still able to travel a lot making Germany as my 'home base', which mean...

Its a fantastic spectacle and experience if you can live one year in Heidelberg and see how the city and nature are changing in the four seasons...Specialy the colours of the trees!! I enjoy it every year and i hope i can continue to do it in my future. I just can recommend you to come here and see the pure four seasons just in their nature!
There are some other pics with the people around me!

Liyena and I arrived at the official Meet-Up date, Saturday, very PÜNKTLICH (punctual) at 2pm - actually a few minutes before. I think we were the only ones... everybody else has arrived the night before and therefore they all seemed a little tired. We walked up to the castle - 315 steps and I have to admit that I was really disappointed that they charge you 3 Euros just to step into the inside of the castle courtyard - to go inside the castle you have to pay extra. At leas...

On Sunday, my friend had to work, and because she thought it would become boring for me to sit around in her apartement alone (and also, because she didn't want to work alone) she invited me to go work with her. She works in a Kindergarten of sorts, so that was fun. There were few kids and they were nice to play with.Afterwards we went into the city, to Hauptstrasse to be exact. I've been there before and also up the castle, but somehow I never got around to the pictures... you know, how that...

This is my second time here. The pictures I've posted are from both visits. This time I've made the trip with my two American friends. We set out from Bad Aibling at 4:30 in the morning. The drive was more or less uneventful if you don't count an accident happening right in front of you and a muffler or bumper landing in your lane. Good for us that I am such an excellent driver. hahahaWe got to Rust at about 9 am. We checked into our rooms at the Pension Klem and started walking to the park. ...
