Who needs a wake up call service when you have a building site outside your window? 2 mornings in a row we were woken at 7:20am by hammering which reverberated through your head.
The shower in the room was scalding hot and did not drain properly, so not only did you burn the upper half of your body, but your feet as well. Complaining to the Duty Manager the first morning of the building works, he assured me that there were many other complaints this morning and that it won’t happen again, it was the same every morning.
