 Nice hotel, dirty linen & service Jan 19, 2009
first night made in late at midnight, were tired from the 5 hour drive... checked in by a non friendly desk clerk later found was the night manager.... got ready to sleep to find dirty sheets and bedding ( stains on sheets and blankets)... took ev...read entire review at TravelPost.com

 Poor Review for "Resort & Spa" Feb 02, 2008
We were in a large group and several of our group members were not given a room even though they had confirmation numbers. Customer service was terrible, made up of mostly young unexperienced (and obviously poorly trained) front office staff. I al...read entire review at TravelPost.com
