Travlled to a lot of states and saw and did amazing things

I traveled through upstate New York visiting retailers and spent the night on Turtle Island in the Narrows at Lake George with the families of the guys who owned the company.  They were all on vacation camping there and since I was going to be in the area making sales visits, Dan invited me to spend a night at the campsite.  They all seemed like great people back then. With some free time on my hands and a little savings to spend, I wanted to take a summer’s end trip. I’d first considered visiting a friend in L.A., but had already been to California once and figured someplace else might be more enriching. So I decided instead to head north into Canada. It would be my first trip beyond the national bounds of the United States.
