Lake Calhoun Reviews
A wonderful lake to relax at Aug 09, 2008
I have always heard of Lake Calhoun from living here for the past year but never have been able to go there. This is a lake the locals go to to just relax as it's very close to where alot of people live. People go jogging, dog walking, swimming, biking, volleyball, boating, napping, etc.
The lake is 3.2 miles around and is overlooked by the city of Minneapolis. It is a gem in the city as it is a retreat from the life in the city and a quick get away without leaving town and heading too far out! Part of the MSP Trav Buddy Meetup travel blog |

We began the morning with brunch at Wilde Roast Cafe (most of us late, of course!). We got the meeting room again, which was complete with a piano!
