La Via Romana

La Via Romana is a lovely little Italian restaurant in my hometown of Dover that opened in February of 2007. Its located right near the market square in Dover and a 2 minute walk from my work. The food is always great and iv never heard any complaits from anyone thats dined there. Me and my friends make sure we go at least every 4 - 6 weeks because its such a firm favourite amongst us. I personally have the lasange every time I go and my friends also like the seafood pasta and the pizzas there are also extremely good. The waiting staf fare very friendly even when they are very busy, its usually very quiet during the week but always busy on a Friday or Saturday night so its a good idea to call ahead and get reservations. If you are passing through or visiting Dover and are looking for a great place to eat at, La Via Romana is a wonderful place to enjoy authentic rustic Italian food at a very reasonable price and in a relaxing ambient atmosphere.
