La Taverna di Frà Fiusch Turin Reviews
Feb 18, 2006
Here the time seems to be stopped. Well cared-for rustic environment in the dining rooms, with wooden ceiling beams characterising this historic village restaurant, where you can sample typical and tasty Piedmonts cuisine. Here u can really taste the real old tradition of italian dishes.
U know, italy is one of the land of the good food, but also here there are many places that "was better stay at home", so..
This is not a tourist restaurant, u can find only locals with the passion for food and restaurant explorers. If u r addicted from food this is the right place.
It's not expensive, the tasting menu costs only 30 euros and u can have: 3 entries, one first plate and the second dish, water bread and coffee included. The list of wines (tipically of the region, all DOC registered) is extremely sorted and the list of local cheese is something near an encyclopedia.
If u decide to go is better make a reservation before and after that, ask for a table in the terrace near the window.. u will be surrounded from the hills of turin and u'll have a magnificent view of the city.
U cannot not enjoy here. Absolutely recommended for food connoisseurs.
