La Tasca London Reviews
Good Spanish restaurant Apr 06, 2011
I went here several times. The first time was with an economist friend who works in London and the first time I went was a very good experience. I was aware it's not for undergraduate's budget tho.
So, I'm surprised when one of my undergrad friend wanted us to have our mini-reunion here. But I didn't made any comment. He is aware of the prices so we all know how much we are ordering. :P
However, we got away ordering a lot of mezze because it's really good food and we are having fun laughing, talking and eating.
When we got the bill, my spanish undergrad friend who recommended this restaurant had the surprise of his life! :P I can't remember exactly the price for each...somewhere around gbp28 I believe and he was like "OMG! so expensive!" We laughed at him bec he was the one who got us there :P
It was still fun tho and I will still go back...but I doubt if my other friends will...maybe when they graduate and start working :P

a bit of sunny Spain in a cloudy London Jan 25, 2011
if you are a fan of 'spanish spirit'- food, drink, music and interiors there is the place for you to spend a joyful time! no doubt!
I'm delighted every single time I'm visiting any of the branches.
food, drink and hospitality can make your evening!
Big selection of tapas, which you can share; authentic paellas, cooked in a traditional style in a classic paella pan, my favourite manchego cheese, spanish ham, chorizo in red wine, bread and olives, and of course all of that with bottle of Rioja or jug of Sangria of your choice!
I really like this place, to the point that visit one while being in Washington- there was a different menu than in UK but atmosphere still was undoubtedly welcoming
you can also check for offers, menus and vouchers on their website as well as book a table (this one I will recommend at least one day before your visit)
there are several 'other' attractions i.e. flamenco or salsa dancers but not every day and not in every branch
oh, and if you just walk in, when is busy, they always have a space by the bar where you can order your drinks and wait while sipping and getting into fiesta mood!
