Local and fresh fish dishes on the sea side Aug 22, 2013
I have been to this restaurant many times during the last summer. Actually it is a "osteria" rather than a restaurant. Italian osterias are characterized by low prices, local dishes and minimum service such as paper placemat. The range of the menu is not wide, because they serve only fresh fish (thus depend on period and fisherman), however I find almost everything very good. The waiters are kind and helpful.
Timing is the only weakness of this osteria, especially during summer weekend. The reason is simple: usually it is full and crowded.
Price are reasonable and serving are aboundant: less than 10 euro per entrants and first dishes, approx 11-12 euros for second plates. Even big eaters are unable to eat more than 2 dishes. Water and wine (cask) are included in the service price.
My advice: go on weekdays and choose among entrants and first plates, all of them satisfied me. Of course the latter depend on personal taste.
I definitely recommend it.
