We were starving and in no mood to wait, so we decided on Mexican food inside the Caesar's Palace Forum (a rather swank mall). La Salsa was one of the less upscale restaurants in the place, but we both enjoyed our meals considerably. The chips and salsa were good (as one would hope for a place named "La Salsa") - and therefore they passed by first, and most important, test of a Mexican restaurant. Both the Fajita Burrito and the Dos Tacos were tasty and filling. The Fajita Burrito packed a bit of a spicy punch every once in a while (which I rather enjoyed). My one complaint, however, was that the chicken in the tacos was somewhat bland.La Salsa seems to be a chain restaurant, as we saw several in Las Vegas. I haven't seem them elsewhere, but it's quite possible they're there.
