Le Reve is a beautiful aquatic performance Jan 23, 2009
With tickets at about $138 each, this new cirque du soleil performance at the Wynn hotel defies imagination. The aquatic theater seating is 360 degrees so the atmosphere feels more intimate than other performances by the cirque.
Most of the performers descend from the ceiling during this show or from 1 of 3 entrances between the seats. Absolutely beautiful lighting in the water, imagery, and costumes. These performers are astonishing athletes showing amazing strength and grace. Show lasts about 1 hour 15 minutes. Very lovely and well worth the ticket price. On the last night in Vegas we to the theatre at the Wynn casino in Vegas to see Cirque du Soleil La Reve. A fantastic display of acrobatics, dance with a water theme. Not normally my thing, but well worth going to see and we all enjoyed it. The Wynn is the most expensive casino to build in Vegas so you can tell we've got style… Having fun in Las Vegas |

La Reve'. Sunday was another full day of tasting. It started with coffee at the Wynn, moved to Caesar's Palace for desserts (I had a pistachio e'clair) then to Spago's for a chipotle quesadia followed by sundried tomato and asparagus pizza… Whirlwind Culinary Tour of Vegas |
