The Capital of the province of buenos aires, this city has a very interesting design on the planning of the roads, seen from above it is a square, divided by 30 streets ( approx. ) vertically and horizontally. Any road is mathematically easy to find; it is a bit dangerous and dirty, but if you have someone who nows the area, it might be worth visiting.
