La Maloterie Lureuil Reviews
Rustic French charm and a warm English welcome Sep 03, 2009
Rustic French charm and a warm English welcome at a wonderful bed and breakfast in central west of France. Located on a farm in Lureuil Indre, France they offer a quite escape for the hectic pace of life. With two en-suite double rooms it is a fantastic experience. The rooms are newly renovated with many original features. There is a shared dining room where breakfast is served. Homemade jams from fruits picked on the farm and in the local area and fresh bread have a starring role.
There has been a farm on the location for over 350 years. It is a perfect location to explore the Brenne. The Brenne is a natural conservation area known for it flora and fauna. The region is picture perfect and has many villages, historic sites, and lakes to explore. There are many activities in the area to keep you busy and help you relax.
If you get the urge and you can watch the owners Nick and Claire Freeman work in the vegetable patch or working around the farm. If you want I’m sure they’ll let you join in. This is defiantly worth a visit.
