La Maison Rose is a former Tobacco Farm House over 100 years old and set in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Niaudon, yet only a short distance from the picturesque market Town of Prayssac. Our comfortable and spacious Traditional French Farm house is set in over 15 acres of pasture and woodlands. Situated in the heart of the Cahors wine growing region, we are surrounded by vineyards and fantastic open countryside. Prayssac is a delightful small country town with its busy Market each Friday, shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and sports centre. Set in over 15 acres of pasture and rolling wooded hillsides this idyllic property offers four bedrooms; two double, one quad and one twin all with en-suite bathrooms. We have a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool for guests and mountain bikes can be hired for 10 euros per day. Prices start at 42 euros for a couple per night with continental breakfast. We also have backpacker rooms available at 22 euros per night with breakfast. Niaudon is located on the fringe of the lovely Lot River valley with fantastic Chateau's and splendid views.
