Charming old B&B in medieval town Mar 27, 2016
Owner Terri has turned her 500 year old home into a B&B for travelers to the Black Perigord area of France. She has a wonderful location in the medieval city center, right across from La Lanterne des Morts and a beautiful church. There are beautiful views from every window.

The rooms are charming, with antiques intermingled with newer furniture. All are ensuite. Beds are comfortable and there are individual heat controls in each room. Terri offers breakfast every morning.

There is a large living room for use by the guests, with a couch, several tables, and a television. Though of course with so much to do and see in Sarlat and the surrounding area, few people are sitting around in the living room during the daytime.

There's also a small courtyard - a wonderful place for morning coffee.

Like many old, old places, there are odd corners and odd staircases, but the place is just lovely and Terri is a wonderful host.
