La Gritta

I don't know it's one of the most popular restaurant in Bangkok until I read a review about it in one of travel guide online. The chef, named Francesco, came to see us just to say hello and trying to help with what kind of food we want to order. And because I came with my Italian husband, both of them started to speak to each other in Italian.

The food is amazing and not only that, it's also served with a very nice presentation.

We got many kinds of bread as a starter, and it comes with CHILLI SAUCE (smashed fresh chilli). That's amaze me because usually I don't like Italian food as it's never comes hot nor spicy. Maybe the chef knowing I'm Indonesian (hihihihi).

My husband, being very picky with food, enjoy the food very much and said it's really Italian food, not only some kind of restaurant called themself Italian but not at all.

The restaurant located in Sukhumvit Soi 19, connected to a City Lodge Hotel (amari group).
