Their Advertisement says:

La Fiesta Resort Boracay is located at the famous white beach of Boracay Island in the Philippines. The resort is near D Mall and other shops, restaurants and bars.

My thoughts:

We arrived in Boracay with no prior reservation. My friend has tried this hotel before, but they got the beachfront room. Since it was on a low season, they got it for 2000 PHP (40 USD) for the 4 of them.

We went there on a high season, the room for the two of us near the beach was 2500 PHP (50 USD). We asked the guy in the info desk if they got a cheaper room. He said that they have available rooms but they were not in the beachfront. The room for two was 1,500 PHP (30 USD). He brought us to a compound about 15 to 20 meters away from the beachfront. The place was peaceful and the chances of your sleep getting interrupted by late night parties was quite low.

The place is far enough to be noisy, but close enough to the bars, market and the white beach.
