La Cucina Berlin Reviews
Nice Little Restaurant And VFM May 15, 2010
After a long day and having got soaked earlier, didn't want to stray far. Wandered along Torstrasse and saw La Cucina on a street just off it.
A modest little place, there were only a few tables taken. Standard Italian menu, but vey reasonable priced.
Almost like a kebab shop with the kitchen at the front of the house beside the door with the bar further inside.
Daughter was as unadventurous as ever and had a pizza, but I went for the Scallopine Al Gorgonzola. The meal was prepared and served unbelievably quickly, but it was absolutely delicious.
Waiter was back and forth refilling the drinks, got chatting to an American girl sat at the next table, and it was a very relaxing atmosphere, and the bill came to less than €30, most of which was for the drinks :D
