La Cocina Boricua Chicago Reviews
Best Boricua dishes Apr 02, 2011
Not at all like the saying "You get what you pay for".
I visit this restaurant whenever I hit the city up, and every time I have gone I enjoy another great dish. Like the last time I had Lechon, rice, and beans. You have to try the Jabarito as well or you haven't had the best. This is an family owned place, where every experience is even better. The waitress is welcoming, friendly, and gives the best advice on what to select. I thought the price was cheap and worth every drop tasted. You would never know how good this place was if you never tried them. Once you do, it's a wrap you will join me too in future visits and spreading the word as I have! The place is well decorated and enjoyable to look at while feasting on your dish. The parking is off the street, no worries on paying for it, and warning its on a very busy street, but then again what street in Chicago isn't? Have a great Boricua tasting!
