Drink responsibly as you hit Epernay, the capital of champagne.
This area is the heart of the world's most prestigious vineyards. We went to have a nice lunch (as per recommendation from a Belgian friend) to try a connoisseur of good food and champagne in a very much traditional French fixed menus. Take note that a reservation is needed when youre visiting on weekend. From theyre fixed menu, you will experience an economical way for a 3-course meal.Sumptous indeed, will not hesitate to recommend.
